Now we are looking to strengthen our team with a Senior Sales Executive, who wants to influence top management at some of the greatest companies in the world.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will sell consulting engagements ranging from 3-months strategy analysis to 24-months product development programs, where we use our world-leading competence and methods within modularization, configuration, and product platform management to improve how our client work with their products. You will be working with a team of consultants from Modular Management as well as with teams of our customers.
Selling management consulting engagements is a complex task, where the key challenge lies in building strong relationships with new and existing clients. To be successful in this role, you need insight and willingness to serve clients, combined with an understanding of how to help them create and accelerate value.

The position is based at our head office in central Stockholm, but to a great extent the job can be performed remotely with the flexibility to manage your own time. Travelling to clients occurs on a regular basis.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, we believe you:
- Have extensive networking and relationship building skills
- Have experience working closely with clients, including seeing and acting on opportunities
- Possess a high degree of business acumen
- Master long-term strategic work, while having genuine drive to close the deal
- Are a fast learner with ability to quickly gain in-depth know-how in topics such as product planning and product development
- Enjoy working in teams and contributing to building the company culture
- Are fluent in verbal and written English. Other languages, especially Swedish and German, are meriting.
- Hold a M.Sc. in Engineering or Business Administration
A successful candidate would typically have +10 years of professional experience, preferably including a consulting background. Experience from the manufacturing sector is meriting.
