"Don't judge before you try. If you don't try, you don't know."
There’s always room for improvement. It’s hard to accept that things we haven’t done yet aren’t possible; and it’s always possible to try out new things.
Although I’m quite new in the company, every time I get to work I see new aspects of a company, product or method. What I particularly like is the feeling of one team, where everyone talks to each other and works together. Everyone works towards one goal: getting the most value for customers.
I’m really motivated to learn more and everyone has helped me to get up and running as the new guy. There’s always someone in the office to help out when you have questions, or want to ask for advice on how to maximize value creation for the customer.
The volume of experience at Modular Management, which is freely shared with new colleagues, is amazing. It’s a nice culture and we’re always looking to improve our methods to suit each customer. We’re always challenging ourselves to be even better, because if you don’t try, you don’t know.
