I’m an Engineer with broad experience across many business functions from my 28-year career with two large corporations: General Electric and Ingersoll Rand (Trane Commercial Systems). This experience gives me a unique perspective of how businesses run and how to help them drive lasting improvement.

Which are the Main Challenges Facing Business and Industry Today?

Ever-increasing customer expectations are something that challenges most businesses. Ensuring you have the right products and services to meet changing expectations requires time and effort. 

Another massive business challenge is sustainability. Both businesses and consumers require transparency and more environmentally friendly products and services. It is critical to our collective future.

What Surprises You?

I’m always surprised when I see businesses introducing products into a market without truly understanding their customer. The key to a successful product launch is ensuring you meet your customer’s needs; this ultimately drives demand for your products.
