MY SHORT STORY

”With a creative and resourceful mindset, I approach challenges with tenacity and a quick-thinking attitude. I thrive in dynamic environments, adapting swiftly to changing priorities while consistently maintaining an optimistic outlook.”

Please Introduce Yourself

I am a Michigan native and a graduate of Michigan Technological University, the state's only technical university, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. As one of the first ten thousand women engineers to graduate from the university since its establishment in 1885, I am proud of my achievement. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in various industries, including Automotive, Food Processing and Packaging, Oil and Gas, Satellite Communication, and Solar Energy. I have held positions in research and development, product management, and business development, allowing me to develop a broad engineering background and a deep understanding of the product development and launch process.

Moreover, labor force expectations and the work environment have dramatically changed over the past few years. Companies must adapt to these changes and invest in developing their human assets to attract and retain talented employees.
