The client had a major challenge.
They continually developed new technology and added new features to all of their products. These new products never really made a splash in the market and just became more expensive. They did not have a way to decide what products should receive what improvements.
For me this was an opportunity to dig in and truly understand the challenges. No-one had previously been able to solve the whole problem. We developed a innovative marketing model for making decisions and detailed all of the aspects of applying the solution. We trained the rest of the team and provided the tools so they could adapt to this new way of working.
